Musket Roofing came out to my house on Pearl Street in Joplin. I had a new roof put on by another company and part of it leaked. Musket was able to repair the leak, and found a couple shiner nails they were able to patch. Quality roofing company with a quick response time. Would highly recommend.

The customer service is unmatched with other companies! I'm one of those that has had the worst past experiences with roofers. We had a mountain of a task as our home is over 100 years old with very tall peaks. The crew battled through the obstacles to complete the job to a 5 star level!

I noticed I had some shingles that fell down in the recent storms. This company had a full schedule and still came out at 8 pm to patch my roof so I wouldn’t get any water damage in the storms that are coming. They worked after dark to make sure I was taken care of. They are very professional, punctual, and amazing. I will be going to them for all future repairs.

We are under contract in selling our home. There were a couple of listed roof repairs on an inspection, so I reached out to the Musket Group as I had seen their advertisement signs all around our area. My husband and I could not be more thankful and appreciative to Jay & his team for their professionalism & promptness. I called on Friday & roof was fixed Saturday. My fiance and I had Jay Wortman and his guys from Musket come out to redo our roof. They had it stripped down to bare sheathing and the new shingles put on in no time. We personally chose to go with the Malarkey Legacy Scotchgard shingles. We opted to pay the extra and use all Malarkey products and paid for the extended warranty through them. Definitely a 5 ⭐ recommendation for anybody looking to get their roof done. Very professional, very punctual and do absolutely amazing work. They don't try to upsell you and they will tell you if something is a waste of time/money. Couldn't be happier with our new room.

My fiance had them come out and strip the old roof down to sheathing and replace it all. They came out on a Monday afternoon and stripped it clear and then Tuesday morning the shingles were delivered they had our new roof done by 3pm. They done amazing work, cleaned everything up nicely and the roof looks absolutely beautiful. I am so glad we ended up going with them. We are having them come do seamless guttering once we decide on a color combination for the house. We personally chose to go with the Malarkey Legacy Scotchguard shingles and purchased the extended warranty that Malarkey offers if you use at least 3 of their products. In the end we could not have asked for a better roofing company. We worked directly with Jay Wortman and he was phenomenal to work with and will tell you straight up if something is worth the extra cost or not. He doesn't try to upsell you on a bunch of unnecessary costs. Definitely a 5 star 🌟 recommendation for anybody looking to have their roof redone.
